Michael Mwinzi
Michael is a Flight Operations and Airline Software Consultant with 15+ years of IOCC experience gained across leading global carriers. His experience spans crewing and operations-control domains. Besides hands-on expertise across leading scheduling platforms including AIMS, Sabre, iFlight, and TOPS, he possesses strong understanding of IOCC workflows and the operational realities of high-pressure airline environments.
As a tech-agnostic consultant, Michael works with airlines to evaluate, adopt, and optimize robust scheduling solutions that support operational & commercial imperatives.
Beyond aviation, Michael is passionate about mentorship, knowledge sharing, and encouraging innovation - whether through community initiatives, sports, or supporting the next generation of aviation professionals.
